I know many here are struggling and experiencing difficulties.

I just wanted to share video to remind everybody to think positively. Let's not focus on the mundane, the vexing, the annoying but, like in the video below, let's joyfully appreciate all the marvellous, inspiring things in life:

I shall explain another day in my Astral City blog why I believe that learning to have Out of Body Experiences is probably one of the most important skill a human should learn while physically alive on Earth... The fact is that I have believed so for many, many years. None of my previous close encounters with Astral projection were spontaneous, so I can't say I have a gift for it. On the contrary, I always have had to work hard for them, so much so that I often got discouraged.

I was deeply moved by the "6 billion others" video montage. Very nicely done. There is so much wisdom in this world... but apparently in the wrong places.

I am trying to figure out how related are intelligence, memory, and consciousness. How much is one a function of the others?

Of course, I understand the generally accepted definition of each of those terms... or maybe not. Try this: if asked, how would you define memory? Easy? Ok, then: how would you define intelligence? consciousness? I am a coward: I am not going to try to define them myself! In fact, after a cursory research, I found that not everybody agrees on their definition. It's not surprising.

I'm sure Marnia will forgive me this slight breach of netiquette. This blog entry is off topic (if environmental rape is off topic) but I couldn't resist sharing the news with you.

TODAY is the big day I've been anxiously waiting for the last few weeks. Today is the day Yann Arthus-Bertrand releases his movie Home worldwide and for free.

This exceptional documentary is exclusively made off breathtaking aerial shots of our beautiful planet which, sadly, has been raped by human greed and short-sightedness.

Home has just been released a few hours ago simultaneously on the internet and in 50 countries world-wide: the 90 minute version of the movie will be broadcast today on the 5th of June in television channels across the world. You can also watch it online (link below). The long version (120 minutes) is being released at the same time in theatres all over the planet.

The documentary is released in English, French, Spanish, German, Russian...

I cannot fathom a civilization practising Karezza being so careless in the management of our planet's resources we so much depend on...

In this blog, I will be commenting on some of my favorite spiritual texts.

I am not a spiritual person. I would like to become one.

I don't know much. To tell the truth, in terms of spirituality, I know almost nothing. I would like to sort out my beliefs from my knowledge.

I have read a lot; I have heard much; but I have experienced very little; I have made very little progress since I started out on my spiritual journey (a long, long time ago).

So I would like to read and truly understand some sacred texts. I would like to truly experience what they say.
