Hello all -

A brief update to let you know that I have had some lovely and positive experiences in stillness with GH (he is here visiting, tomorrow he leaves) - a continuation of where we had started.

We were at the waterfall lying in the sun after an hour of Chi Kung. Again, the sparkling sand, as it had been on the beach a few weeks back, glistened and spoke of the day's purity. We connected with him sitting on the ground and me in his lap, not moving at all, breathing in synch, listening to one another's hearts, and sometimes into one another's eyes.

I started writing a post about a week ago to try to catch up with where I had left off - after over a year in this forum, actually moving forward with the exchanges with a willing (VERY willing) partner.

I decided not to post what I had written because it was just confusing, lengthy, and even slightly embarrasing. My penchant for exposing all has started to wane, not that that's likely to hold me back much in this post.

The exchanges seem to be self-proliferating in many ways. Example: we had read the sneak-preview of Marnia's new book, and initially thought there were 14 exchanges. The second time we opened the document, there were 17. The third time we opened it, there were 21! I'm not sure what kind of cosmic joke the universe has been playing on us - but its been humorous to watch. As I mentioned before, affectionate touch seems to beget affectionate touch.

Hello everyone.

Just wanted to let you all know that Goldenheart and I are plugging along at the exchanges. We're just finished exchange 11 so are pretty close to being able to get laid . . . if that's what we choose at that time.

This from my notes last night when I woke up:

An update.

In the second and third exchanges, I have discovered just how vital and real my attitude is towards GH, in terms of real and observable effects upon his emotional/mental person.

Put all touching aside, all words aside: my attitude towards him affects how I see him, how he responds to me, how I touch him, how I speak to him.
