Question for all Please Help

Why is it that the dopamine you get after working out is "good" and helps balance your mood etc., whereas the dopamine you get after PMO is "bad" makes you get foggy,depressed etc...

Just something I was wondering about today. If anyone has an answer it would be much appreciated.

My only guess is that PMO has something to do with shame whereas working out is positive so it makes you feel good.

I don't know for sure, but here is my theory:

When you workout, you are building your body and improving it. It's a natural thing and nothing about it is detrimental.

PMO feels amazing while you're doing it. However, it does not benefit your body or brain. It hurts both your brain and body. It's a pointless endeavor, and deep down you know it. That's why you feel like crap.
