Although useful from a recovery perspective, I’m thinking more about a balanced (whatever that means) brain that gets dopamine stimulated. Is the only way to remedy dopamine stimulation to allow time for the brain to find homeostasis? Are there any active methods that can bring balance? Mediation, exercise, socialization, etc. might bring calming. Do these accelerate balance or simply make the return ride from the stimulated state less bumpy?
