day 39 - another sleep marathon

I think last night it was 5 a.m. when I felt sleepy. When I woke up it was 2 p.m.

Ok I must say that I feel fully rested, so that's the good part. But tomorrow I'm going to force myself to get up at a normal time. Cause this isn't a good rythm. Thank god I only missed one class this morning.

To be honest the insomnia felt a whole lot better then this :p

It's also day 4 of no PMO, I'm definetly going to stretch this for as long as I can.

But Hey tomorrow I should be fine. But I still loved the insmnia more :p, At least then you're productive. Today I didn't do that much, felt like I had low energy. I always have this when I sleep too much.

Im a big insomniac too. It seems to get better after a while, but there are techniques that might help you.

Ive put a block on my computer after midnight in the past. I need to start doing that again.

Exercise helps
Melatonin
cold/dark room
breathing/meditation techniques- Ive actually used the hemi-sync series to do this. Its supposed to be for OBE/Astral Travel, but I use it to travel on to dreamland :)

Hey thanks for the advice!

Today I was already awake at 10 a.m., I'll make sure that I'll find a nice early rythm back. Personally I'm far more productive in the morning, tomorrow I'll get up earlier.

I also think that the insomnia phase is now gone. Now it's waiting for the morning wood to return.

Due to this insomnia I also stayed in the house a bit more than I originally wanted to and my diet and excercise have been neglected also for the past few weeks. I can't wait to get back in gear!
