115days of no PMO - no libido yet. When should I start worrying?

Hi,
I have been doing no PMO for almost 120 days (115days).
Yes there have been some ups and downs, like having spontaneous erection or morning wood but not always.
However, I don't have any libido at all. I haven't had any libido since I started it.

I am 36 years old, I started watching porn when I was 14-15, the high speed internet came when I was 25-6 and I had been using it almost every day since then. I came to the point I didn't get an erection even watching porn 1 or 2 years ago (I did force to ejaculate when it was half erected). I watched extreme porn (violent, SM, fake snuff etc.).
Now I still have no libido and starting to panic a bit and wondering if I should see a doctor or something.
Well I don't have any major health issues and I don't smoke, or I don't drink much (social drinker). I do have a morning erection sometimes so I suppose there is no real physical problem.

However, I absolutely have no desire to have sex, watch porn, etc.
I waited for a long enough time (115 days) so I couldn't help it, and I tried to see how it would go if I saw nude pictures. So I went to a website with nude pictures (Soft core, just nude pics). I know it's not recommended but it's been 115 days, so I thought I would just go ahead. And, still, no erection at all.

It is strange because actually I once saw yoga pictures of women and it gave me an erection during this no PMO period (I posted about this here) but this time there is no erection at all with nude pics. I feel as if my penis does not know how to react when I see nude pics anymore...

So, my questions are

*Is it still normal? Should I be patient a bit more?
*How long was the longest time it took for someone to recover (with almost strict no PMO)?
*When should I start seeking medical help?

I know you can't really give medical advice and I will just take it as your personal opinion whatever you say (i.e. I don't blame you if you say that I don't have to see a doctor yet and find out I did later, if you know what I mean) so please be honest and give me what you think.

Thank you very much for your help.
I really appreciate your support.

You mean no erection just by

You mean no erection just by looking at a picture without physical stimulation?
I am not sure that you should expect to get an erection just by looking at a picture.
I am 30 and have been rebooting for over 150 days and I don't think I could do that.

The last time I remember being able to get an erection only by looking at pictures
was when I was like 22 and just coming out of puberty so my hormones were still
raging.

Have you had any social

Have you had any social interaction lately? If not, try getting out of the house for a day. Go to a coffee shop, or to the mall, or anywhere there are people. Try talking to some people if you can, especially women. You don't even necessarily have to try to "pick up" women. Just be around people. I've found that it really helped me. Your brain might give you a nice squeeze of dopamine from a positive source.

For some reason i'm seeing

For some reason i'm seeing more and more posts of this happening. Maybe because it was happening a bit with me as well... at this moment i'm starting to feel more and more libido (i'm at day 140 or so) with my girlfriend. Actually, when i was reading your post, I was feeling your hardship, and i was thinking 'how do i feel now'? and I was a bit happy because i do feel libido. Not the most, but still more then in the past. I still need physical stimulation for example, but just a light touch will do the trick.

You're saying 'with almost strict no PMO', what do you mean with that? did you still fantasize or so about it... even when you didn't do PMO?

I think you having morning woods is a good sign that it is not broken down there. Maybe it also is something some guys experienced, some 'wave' type of thing, in some periods you're feeling more and in others you're feeling less libido.

If i were you, i wouldn't seek medical help just yet. Wait another month or so, then think again.

And yea like James says, social things are good to do :) gives oxitocin or whatever its called :)

Thanks guys. As for social

Thanks guys.
As for social life, I have lots. About interactions with females, I have a female roommate now.

I go out socializing, meeting up friends, go for a drink etc. So it should be covered.

For saying "almost strict" no PMO, I meant to say it because at one point I saw nude pictures (for like 3 minutes, I think) to test. I know I shouldn't have but at the same time it was only one time (except for this time) and not a big deal really.
Also there also was one time my buddy put on porn on his TV like for 30 seconds for no particular reason when I was around. Well I know its trivial but just to say "It wasn't really really strict". :)

I meant no erection without physical stimulation. But the more important thing is I had ZERO reaction to it and not even any thought/feeling of "wow, this babe/body is gorgeous and I'm aroused." Felt nothing, and that worries me.

Thanks guys again. To know and the fact that I can post here actually make me feel better.

Relax

It will come I'm sure.

I can relate btw, though not to the same extent.
In fact the first 40-5 days of my reboot I felt way more libido than b4 it but in the 50 or so days since then...not so much.

Have you had your testosterone levels checked?

Anyway it is good to know that posting here can make you feel better, so my advice is to do that, NOT feel stressed/have negative thoughts about the libido, get your levels checked/see a doctor if you haven't already and know that this will take time.

It's all good :)

Living in the past can lead to depression and living in the future can lead to anxiety but living in the PRESENT can lead to PEACE.

Thanks again. No I haven't

Thanks again. No I haven't had any wet dreams and actually I have never experienced wet dreams in my life. As for testosterone levels, a friend of mine is a doctor and I asked about it and he said though he was not a specialist, having a low testosterone level is rare as a cause of ED and since I had a full erection and healthy libido before and I have no other physical changes or problems, it is unlikely that it is the cause. Again he stressed he wasn't a specialist so I'm thinking about getting it tested. But does anyone know more about it?

I think Gary has an article

I think Gary has an article on YBOP talking about why testosterone is not usually an issue. I think someone in one of the threads said a guy only needs like 10% of normal testosterone levels to get an erection.

Thanks Marnia...yes it is

Thanks Marnia...yes it is frustrating...The thing is I'm not confident enough asking out a girl in case I can't function again...and that would take my remaining confidence away to zero and would leave me phycological issues.
Anyway, in your experience, how long is the longest it took someone to recover?
Thanks again

Not sure

Just know that many who recovered, continue to write us that they improve, so changes can take a while.
