By the way, is there anyone on the forum/blogging who would like to be mentioned by name on the book's acknowledgment page? You all have earned a mention, but I tend to assume most people would like to remain anonymous given the explicit subject matter. This time, however, a few friends *would* like to be named, so I'm checking to see if any of the rest of you would also like to be immortalized.
