Day 14 today!

Two weeks today. Wow. Never thought I could do this. Guess what, I'm going further, although I may pick a day next week. This was a good trial run. This is the morning I feel the difference. I feel happy and proud becuase this has been basic training as Marnia says.

I wanted to share some notes/observations, let me know if any of these apply or are similar:

1. At night, Mr. Stiff One-Eye wakes up. I use a spray bottle of cold water by my bed and use the belly-button-to-navel technique. It passes but damn if he dosen't make another appearance. It looks like I was able to perhaps stop a wet dream. Whew.

2. I do get some neck tension and mild headaches as I imagine that is common? Meditation helps but I think the root of the problem to this is that I should allow myself to get consciously horny and aroused. The key is to let the feeling in your body and PASS THROUGH and TRANSFER TO A TASK. This is a controversial idea for those who may have serious addictions so they may not be ready for this. It involves a form of sexual transmutation. I feel that the sexual energy may getting blocked and causing this tension. Again, I use tamer material but just as enticing to me- videos of fitness women. After laying down for 10-15 minutes (no more!) and getting a bit aroused I GET UP AND GET OUT OF THE HOUSE TO DO SOMETHING! My tension is gone and I feel more playful and connected. My feeling is that building sexual energy should get directly called up and circulated. The general meditations again, do help, but this seems to do the trick. I am curious what Marnia and others think.

3. I am more at ease with myself and can look people in the eye with kindness and a superhuman confidence. Exercising is through the roof after the sex transmutation.

Next session, I will aim for 30 days! May the force be with you all.

Makes sense to move the energy, and use it for something you want to accomplish. That's what so many of the traditional techniques tried to accomplish in their own ways, too. Probably because it works. smiley

1. I know what you are talking about with this part. I deal with this a lot. I said in another post I was starting to get worried about erection problems before this attempt. Well I found the cure for that problem. Now it is hard to get them to subside At least without doing something I do not want to do.

2. Yes tension and headaches and a bit more. I am working on the transfer/transmutation of energy. Meditation helps. I am getting better with it. I do not use any visual of any kind, I do not trust myself enough( I could not even watch and still can not a link Marnia gave me on yoga because of the women in the vid). I think I have run into the blocked energy a lot. I do not need the any thing to set off the arousal. I could go from typing this to laying on the bed and be there instantly. It is hard to deal with sometimes.

Here is the good part about what you post here in #2. I feel silly now. I could have been doing the part where you say let it go for 10-15 minutes then get up and do something else like exercise. Well I have been doing exercise but not after building arousal. I have been trying to calm the energy and release it without giving in. I have managed to get to the point of doing this but Your ways seems to be what I will try next. I will go 15 minutes then get up and exercise and see what happens(hopefully I do not injure myself :) ). thank you for posting this. It seems kind of obvious now that you have posted it for me to read. again I feel kind of silly not thinking of this before.

I tried it out. I only made it 10 minutes and decided I better direct myself some where else. Well I pushed myself fairly as much as I could. I now feel better than I have in about 3 days. I think I will try this before each workout from now on. I am curious to see how my sleep goes tonight we will see. I am really glad you posted this.

maybe I can burn off enough energy where I can use that yoga video soon. No not for that for the yoga :)
