Rebounding

From about the start of February to the start of April, my habits were as good as they have been in years, culminating in running a 10k a few weeks ago. At the end of March, our little (and third and last) bundle of joy arrived, and everyone is doing great. But most of my habits have dropped under the stress and fatigue. I have been extremely tired over the last several days, and sometimes indulge to try to "perk" myself up---whether it is bad MB or eating or other habits. Even before I fell off the wagon, I could feel a drop in my sex drive.

But last night was pretty good. We got all three kids to bed, watched TV, and then had some alone time for about 30 min before bed. Most of this consisted of me touching my wife's face, and her touching my torso and chest. This was a lot different than the touching that went on during her pregnancy. During her pregnancy, she felt so bad and uncomfortable, most of the touching (although good) was centered around comforting (which was really needed at the time). This time, it felt more erotic and intimate, albeit my sex drive is a little down.

I am going to try to climb back on the horse. I want to continue to build on our relationship and sex life. I also need to keep up good habits and hopefully lose some more weight. Medically, we are still 3-4 weeks away before we can have intercourse.
