I would like to know if there any support groups in Chattanooga, TN. I just found this website and would like to know more on the subject. I haven't read the book yet; bought it yesterday.

The groups are only starting to be organized. Our community is still (too) small.
You did the right thing, though: if someone else from the same area joins this forum weeks or even months from now, they will find your post.
Meanwhile, I use this opportunity to perfect my knowledge of Geography ;) I had no idea where Chattanooga was (hint: I am not American), so I searched and found this:
Looking at google image, it looks like a nice city, too :).
