Perhaps something dark to bring light to the day?

It can be easy to lost in the escape that is pornography, but as all you know the sobering reality strikes you in the face worse than board with a nail in it. Well this post isn't about a relapse, but an example of how things could be worse for anyone out there on a dopamine low and feeling out of it.

I am particularly sensitive to poison ivy, and several years ago my thighs swelled to the point of crippling me, and almost had to be hospitalized. This season, I am again crippled by poison ivy. I don't mind the rash on my arms, but it feels like pythons squeezing my ankles, and they have become to retain water. I am taking steroids for it, and the itch is finally gone, but nothing cuts the pain when I have to go up and down the steps.

The worst part though, I hope is over with it. I can handle being crippled, smiley a true warrior can crawl the battlefield if need be. This bout of poison ivy reached a special place, all over my groin. Without going into vivid details, I give this word of inspiration to you all in your individual struggles. If you lie in bed awake at night, feeling lonely or otherwise down, realize it could be worse. It could be all of that on top of hoping you don't roll over on your stomach.

Stay strong everyone, just remember they are some itches that are better off not scratched.

It will get better. You are right it could be worse...even for you! Hopefully you can keep yourself occupied as you recover from this rash. Sounds pretty rough.

I have a friend who gets it that bad. What a misery. Wishing you a swift recovery.

Here's a soothing meditation to entertain yourself with while you're warrior-ing. http://www.reuniting.info/download/misc/06Track6.wma
