Entering 4th Week
Its been 3 days now, we tried karezza for 2 days and found that since we have not tried it for such a long time (2 hrs or more) it gives my wife a pain in the lower abdomen, I am not sure if this is normal or not. So we left karezza for few days now and will try it later for smaller duration first and then planned to go further.I need to mention here that I orgasmed once while doing karezza 2 days back, it was little disappointing for my wife and me but we laughed it off with some fun.
I am trying to improve trust in relationship with my partner but don't know if I am doing enough. Many times I slip into ignorance and forget everything I need to do and I need a painful punch to my mind to realise the mistake. I am doing this again and again and want to come out of this cycle of ignorance and forgetfulness. I also found that improving my awareness will improve trust from my partner.
I did try to look at women below neck few times, but consiously withdrew it by remining myself of the issues these women will have and how my wife will also be a victim of similar stare.
I didn't sleep well this week as I get a pain in my lower abdomen, it feels like as if I have a fireplace over there and gives a feeling that I have less appetite.I also noted that I have reduced weight drastically. I am not sure if this is a side effect of the recovery (or due to bad scale at home
). I do feel hunger on time but this pain subsides my hunger to an extent. I use to eat at least 3 or 4 full bars (around 300 calories each) of chocolate a week from vending machine in my office and its been 3 weeks now I have not taken any chocolates (except for some nibbles one or twice a week at home). I have not taken junk food too. I believe that could also be the reason for my weight loss (I lost around 6lb).
Putting it more succinctly, it was a very happening 3rd week end with mixed activities. I hope my next post will bring out more interesting outcome of my deaddiction programme.

Thanks for the update
There's no need to do "marathon karezza."
A shorter session is also very soothing due to the intimacy.
I don't have any insights about abdominal pains, but I certainly hope they go away. Karezza is generally rather gentle intercourse, so it shouldn't cause pains.
We find that orgasm during it sets off a lingering cycle of fluctuations that show up throughout our lives as annoyances (and extra horniness in Gary's case
). That's why it's hard to assess whether karezza is "working," unless you are consistent with it for about three weeks, without orgasm. However, it takes practice at first, so of course slips back into old habits occur. And laughter is indeed the best medicine
That sounds like a pretty radical diet change. I find the best way to gain weight is more carbohydrates. In any case, it makes sense that your body would need time to find its balance after so much sugar, etc.
