People who want to try these ideas often find it helpful to speak with others who have been webphoneexperimenting with them for a while. It would be ideal if there were support groups everywhere, but for now the only viable option seems to be coaching via internet phone service.

Coaches are available for free, but if you would prefer to remain anonymous, or do not have a microphone, please use this service instead. It costs $1.19 USD per minute.

If you would like to speak with a coach for free, you will need to do two things first:

Download Skype

This is a free phone service, which enables you to speak with anyone in the world over your computer at no cost. (For a small fee, you can also use it to reach people on their phones.) Download Skype

NOTE: if your computer does not have a built in microphone, you will need to purchase an inexpensive microphone. Otherwise, you will hear the person calling you on your speakers, but he or she will not be able to hear you.

Contact Your Coach

Once you have Skype, all you have to do is choose your coach, and set up a convenient time to chat. Our coaches volunteer their services (at least while we see if this pilot program works), so please be respectful of their time.
