If you want to stop using porn compulsively, try this technique, which is described in Doidge's book The Brain That Changes Itself. Allthough Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz developed the technique for OCD patients, he has used it successfully with all kinds of compulsions. Notice that the emphasis is on what you do, regardless of how you are feeling.
