Morning is the danger zone

I am in greatest danger of relapsing in the mornings when I wake up. When I originally lost my morning wood, I tried to masturbating it back. Meaning, in the mornings I would masturbate as a "reminder" - "Hey bro, time for you get UP!" Obviously it didn't work. Instead it made things worse and I got in to the practice of masturbating whenever I wake up...which is not a good thing to do.

First week..pmo and binge eating connection?

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true. -Buddha

[Day 5] Some thoughts and a question

Hello there.
So let me write my long story short, because it's a bit different than usual.

I'm 26 years old. My father died when I was 9 and I was raised by my mother, and she was/is conservative and religious.
She regrets what she did to me about demonising sexuality during that period and I understand it, now it's past.

Some facts about me:

"A Breath Taking, First Sight Soul Shaking, One Night Love Making, Next Day Heartbreaking Guy"
by William "Smokey" Robinson

One night you held me tight
And whispered in my ear
All night sweet words
I never heard
And I believed every word

Next day you came my way
Without a word to say you passed me by
You didn't bat an eye
My darling won't you tell me why
You're acting strange toward me
Why have you changed toward me

Are you just a breathtaking
First sight soul-shaking

Female vocals

Hey guys,

I have noticed that many people enjoy watching the video of female faces on youtube to help urges and withdrawal etc. I would like to introduce to you a female vocalist that has been one of my favorites since 2001.

Tina Malia

Over the years of troubled times I've had, her music has always lifted up my soul, and helped me though many tough times. Since we are on the topic of healing though healthy female image and motherly instinct, I think she is perfect for music. Her voice is soothing and healing.

Music releases dopamine in reward centers

Community topics:

Note: Many activities release dopamine in healthy quantities, so this doesn't mean music is "like a drug," in the sense that it can create dependency. Yes, it causes a release of dopamine but so does everything else (opinion) that is rewarding or novel. Sex, drugs and rock and roll, I guess.

Quizure

Music, Karezza, Tears and my tingling skin.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved music. Classical, especially Cello trios and quartets, Big Band, Tango, Gregorian Chants, Spacey rock, Crooners (Dino!), Opera, Country, Jazz, Choral, Marching Band, Pop, Hawaiian Cuban, French and now, to my chagrin, Glee - you name it, I've listened, danced, swayed, tingled and wept over it if it moved me. Sometimes the tears just flow because my whole body is tingling with the feeling of musical rapture.
