Artist: Wardruna
Song: Dagr
Lyrics and english translation:
Eg helsar sola!
Stig opp frå myrkre,
stig opp i Dag.
Or gap Ginnunga
Yggdrasil Ask.
I ditt ljos skal spira vekse.
I ditt myrkre skal spira døy.
I hail the sun!
Rise up from the dark,
rise up in Dag.
Out of Ginnungagap
Ash Yggdrasil.
In your light the seed shall grow.
In your darkness the seed shall die.
And now, the song...

I have a few songs that I listen to whenever I reach a goal or feel very good about myself in general. Music really has been a strong source of support for me as I'm sure it helps a lot of other people too, and what I like to do is build a playlist of music that I blast whenever I feel like I just did something great or when I just feel amazing. Here's the
part: When you feel bad or hopeless, just put on that playlist!

Hey guys,
I have noticed that many people enjoy watching the video of female faces on youtube to help urges and withdrawal etc. I would like to introduce to you a female vocalist that has been one of my favorites since 2001.
Tina Malia
Over the years of troubled times I've had, her music has always lifted up my soul, and helped me though many tough times. Since we are on the topic of healing though healthy female image and motherly instinct, I think she is perfect for music. Her voice is soothing and healing.

I sometimes suffer from Hamster Brain, where I can't concentrate on what I need to do (like work) because I'm either excited about some new thing that I *really* want to think about (Happy Hamster), or something's bothering me, and I can't stop obsessing about it (OCD Hamster).
