What do we know about how fatigue and the reward circuitry interact? Is there direct interaction or does fatigue make mindfulness more challenging making it easier to succumb to the pleasure seeking mind’s tricks? Is it a coincidence that some here are having issues with chronic fatigue or is that a result somehow of the rewiring processes? Fatigue itself is a reported withdrawal symptom which is interesting because the mind can make one feel fatigued even if the body isn't tired.

I think last night it was 5 a.m. when I felt sleepy. When I woke up it was 2 p.m.
Ok I must say that I feel fully rested, so that's the good part. But tomorrow I'm going to force myself to get up at a normal time. Cause this isn't a good rythm. Thank god I only missed one class this morning.
To be honest the insomnia felt a whole lot better then this
It's also day 4 of no PMO, I'm definetly going to stretch this for as long as I can.

last night was different. It was around 00 a.m. and I still couldn't sleep. I was chatting with some people and I was having too much fun as well. The point is that I started to feel energized and I couldn't get back to sleep. Around 3 a.m. I decide to just wake up and make myself some breakfast. My mom is also downstairs and she says that I shouldn't take a shower, becaue else I will wake up everybody (highly doubt that, but she's a mom...

I am going to try this differently, for the next couple days, I am just going to focus on my sleep habits, and when I awake.. I will not meet up with my friends, until I can get my mind right with all this sleep stuff

Last night I had to work a nightshift. Went to bed at around 5:30 AM and almost immediately upon going to bed I started to get flashbacks of my first auto-erotic relapse after 31 days. It made me really horny and I started doing the energy-pull technique to remove the arousal. It helped a bit, but the thoughts kept coming back. I kind of enjoyed the feeling and the erection since I've been flatlining for three weeks, so I chose to just lie there in bed and observe the sensations and thoughts.

I am a HORRIBLE morning person, and I often have insomnia and other sleep issues at night. My wife has more of a tendency to fall asleep earlier, which can leave me awake with too much time on my hands. From about 8:00 p.m. to sometimes as late as 3:00 a.m., I can feel too tired to do anything productive, but too wired to go to sleep. This is particularly hard raising small children. This can cause imbalance in all aspects of my life. Sometimes, I go through serial stints where I can feel quite balanced, but then I can fall off the wagon quite easily. I wish I weren't a night owl.

Greetings. I discovered this site a few months ago. After going over it for a few days I decided to stop masturbating, along with a friend of mine. I started halfway through 13 years old (late from the looks of things). I didnt start doing it everyday until 16 or so, and even then theres been years where I dont feel compelled to masturbate more then every 2 or 3 days. Not the case the last 3 or 4 years, but VERY rarely do I do it more then once a day. I'm not sure why, but maybe its because I have had and do have a handful of other addictions that keep me satieted. Im now 25.

I know that some people have reported that they have trouble sleeping when they're being non-orgasmic. I'm still sleeping just fine, but I'v discovered that I need a whole hour less of sleep! That's quite incredible. To me, that's quite incredible. Has anybody else found anything similar?
