Been almost 3 week since I wrote my last post here. I manage to reach 15 days without PMO but binge for the next 6 days. Got up on the horse again and have been pmo free for a week now. So that's 22 of 28 days free from PMO not bad 
. I don't feel guilty for having released, I learned from the experience to be always on my guard because I am having a battle with myself and the mind will try to employ any tricks to seek a short-term relief.

Comments: I posted this because it is interesting, and lots of people now deal with this issue. In addition, perhaps the mechanism involves gut flora affecting brain structures governing reward or dopamine, stimulating the desire to overeat. Who knows?

John Gray, the guy who keeps on writing about Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, has made a new book.
And this time he speaks about Hormones. And it seems that he has done some research and has some interesting facts.
Has anyone read this book?

the last time i had orgasm I held back, I can have an orgasm, and not release the dump of what feels like a dose of a great drug. It feels good, but i can still talk and walk and move around.
