Well, what can I say! I'm at around day 4 of complete abstinence, zero porn, or masturbation, and no nocturnal emissions yet. I used to be a 3 month at a time complete abstainer, and I had nocturnal emissions regularly in intervals of 2 or 3 weeks. Recently I've been indulging in the pleasures of online adult XXX rated joy, but it has left me drained, so to speak. 
I feel the power in me growing stronger by the day, and yes I love it! The gift of virtue is one of ethereal power in all its grace.
