Comments: Your reward circuit and dopamine get activated by sexual cues outside your conscious awareness....or before "you" even know it. In other words your reward circuitry starts squirting dopamine for you to "go for it" before your higher brain even knows what's going on. Or put another way - your reward circuitry takes control before your frontal cortex can put on the brakes. Ever experience that?
