Finding Support Groups and Mentors

Hi I have 3 weeks without PMO and I spend a lot of time playing videogames in playstation 3.
This can be bad for my reebooting?

For anyone located near California's central coast there is a fantastic Resource and Support Group called Breakthrough which touts itself as "A community of men deidcated to making real improvements in the quality of men's lives." The program is located in Carmel, just South of Monterey.

The program consists of 17 weekly meetings or workshops that cover the basics of self-esteem, intimacy, boundaries, feelings, communication, healing, the male role, addictive behavior and boyhood trauma.

Hi all, I've been doing a lot of research on my own without any help from a professional therapist(which is probably not the best approach) and have come across a lot of sites with sometimes slight and sometimes hugely different views on overcoming porn addiction. I'm thinking that getting an everage from all may help. Here are a few of the sites I've personally read into:

Mikski and I have been experimenting with GoogleTalk as a way of having private IM. It has been working for us. I've found a way to have private group chats using GoogleTalk.

I use gmail and Google Talk a lot and have had success with both of these.
