I will make this post short since my memory isn't as good as before after years of PMO.
Here are some of the very negative side effect I've experienced whenever I PMO.
1. My short term memory is very bad now, sometimes I can't even remember what I did minutes ago.
2. I became very bad with numbers (and I was very good at math before PMO), even my counting ability is impaired.
4. My short term memory is very bad now, sometimes I can't even remember what I did minutes ago.

My first post of my story: http://www.reuniting.info/node/6575
This is about my 5th or 6th relapse. This time I masturbated twice to porn on day 19 of abstinence. I have been trying to quit since early March.
After week one of my last attempt I went through two days of terrible irritability before the good feelings of confidence, focus, and energy returned. It's like a switch flipped in my brain.

The last part of Day 2 ended with success, no P,M,O. Late in the afternoon I seemed to develop an interesting headache that seemed different than what I'm normally have. Total loss of desire for food.

I have for a long time now had the realisation that masturbation was effectively ruining my life. I've lost years in the mental fog and haze that is brought about by porn and masturbation. I believe I lost a long term girlfriend due to the ED and emotional impact it was having on me.

It's been around 2 weeks since I joined this forum, and so far my efforts have brought me 3 days and by most recent one is 7 days. Caved again just then :( I'm starting to realize that channeling all this sexual energy gives me a incredible energy rush for the whole day but I need to be productive to use it up otherwise I'll go back to masturbating.

Would anyone like a pal that is also struggling in breaking the porn addiction?
Down for keeping tabs on eachother and just talking about it.
Let me know!

Hi All
This website is a blessing for me. I think I am lucky that I found this website. I would like to share my story and would like some support and encouragement

Could ghrelin be at work in porn addicts' brains? If so, it would be interesting to know how long it hangs around, encouraging mammals to seek familiar rewards.
DALLAS – Dec. 28, 2009 – The premise that hunger makes food look more appealing is a widely held belief – just ask those who cruise grocery store aisles on an empty stomach, only to go home with a full basket and an empty wallet.

I'm off the hook. Bachelor Number Two called off our date due to a hangover. He called it "Wine flu."
I'm reading The Active Side of Infinity, by Carlos Casteneda, in which don Juan is saying:
"Sorcerers beckon intent by voicing the word intent loud and clear. Intent is a force that exists in the universe. When sorcerers beckon intent, it comes to them and sets up a path of attainment, which means that sorcerers always accomplish what they set out to do."
