Hello,
I just had a wet dream, but It was just semen! No sperms!
How is this possible?
Well I was on my 46th day of no orgasms.
I think the two weeks period is for mice (As this research was conducted on mice) & men recover quicker than mice.
I just wanted to know what happens during wet dreams??
Is it orgasm in sleep or just ejaculation?
I mean... do wet dreams create same change in dopamine, oxytocin as they are caused by orgasms?
If they cause the same change, I will try to avoid wet dreams.
Otherwise, I won't care much about wet dreams in future.

I am a 15 year old male attempting to not orgasm, so far my results have been rather unsuccessful. Not because of any fault of mine really, but because twice I have been foiled a week+ without orgasms by an uncontrollable wet dream orgasm. I have read that when seminal fluid builds up it can be released involuntarily (typically through a wet dream), since adolescent males create a lot more seminal fluid than older adults it is quite possible that without semi regular discharge of this fluid one would continue to have wet dreams.
I appreciate everyone's timely encouragement, which is likely helping prevent a relapse. 8 days as of today 7/8/2009. No masturbating, no touching for me since June 30, 2009!

Yesterday morning I had a dream orgasm. (Don't remember the dream, unfortunately.) I clamped down with the pelvic muscles and stopped most or even all of the ejaculate, but it was a moderately strong orgasm in terms of the pleasure sensation (it's rare for me in to have much pleasure sensation in wet dreams).

I would say that as a culture we have all inherited weak PC muscles from previous generations. Therefore, I think both men and women would benefit from practicing Kegel exercises. I know of someone who was troubled by nocturnal emissions. After strengthening his PC he no longer had any further trouble.

Just because I came here the other day and talked about having had dream arousal before during a withdrawal period - it happened again the other day.
Otherwise I would have been on day 13 now. Maybe I still am? Which brings me to my question...

Hi.
Last night I almost had a wet dream. I stoped the convulsion. Today was easyer to handle with it, I used some decrets of Saint Germain and I think they helped, focusing the mind in the sentence "I AM a being of violet fire, I AM the purity god desires".
I am trying to reconfiguring my dreams. Maybe Marnia could talk about this? or anyone else?

Well done Marnia on the work you are doing- you are helping a lot of people in the world to make practical use of the many ancient teachings and scientific findings.
I have had an illness for around 10 years that some doctors have diagnosed as "chronic fatigue". I'm not too concerned about the diagnosis itself, but the effects of the illness are difficult to deal with at times.
Hi. Forgive me I am not sure as to were to post this,
I am on my 7th (going my 8th) day of no masturbating. The thing is, is last night I had a wet dream. Does that mean it is counted as masturbation since I had an orgasm? Does this mean I have to start all over again?
P.s How do I stop wet dreams?
Thank you!
