Not masturbating seems to get easier and easier. In the last 33 days I have only orgasmed twice. Once during sex which I am not going to worry too much about (the aim is not to, but we'll get there with that one with some more practise) the second was the dreaded MO however. Done out of curiosity rather than desire and I don't think that that is the addict's brain talking.

Here are some arguments that I think would work for someone like me:
"Men love orgasms so much (or think they do) that it may be hard for you to imagine that some women don't care about having orgasms, or that some women might actually DISLIKE orgasms."

It is a sensitive issue but I am in a problem and nothing like Internet to discuss things in anonymity. My problem is that my gf is one of those rare women who are multi orgasmic.
While this makes for great sex, but she wants more when I am spent. I feel bad for her as she remains unsatisfied. I have heard that there are some stimulants available which can make me ready for next rounds early.

We are retired..mid sixties...in a loving relationship! I love orgasms and have so many I am totally depleted for days. The longer I delay the more I have; If we express love every three days I will have twenty orgasms in the first hour, if we wait a week I will have thirty to forty in the first hour, and another twenty in the second hour. I need to know what I can take or do to keep my energy up and experience the same level of orgasms. This has been going on for over fifteen years...I am otherwise very healthy, active, my weight and my mental health are excellent!

I havent gotten the book yet, but before I do,
I need some clarification on the stuff I have read on this site so far.
Does this book propose that Women hold off their orgasm as well as the guys?
I mean us guys I can understand... but women???
I dont know of any gurls who would even consider this.
For us guys to hold off orgasm (ejaculation) makes sense,
and as far as I know tantra and the ancient eastern sexual
techniques advised it too.... but why the women? They dont
lose all interest in sex or their stamina after climax.

I would like to know if there is any information or studies on lack of penitrational orgasums and weather or not there are solutions.
