Companionship, laughing together, and any of the bonding behaviors (that you feel comfortable with) can benefit you both. Affectionate contact is very nourishing, even without intercourse. (If birth control is not an issue, you may also like to try Von Urban’s technique in the preceding section.)

Impotence as choking. The solution is goallessness through the lack of misplaced, unrealistic expectations. Aside from brain science, there is perhaps a psychological aspect to rewiring to our reality.
Artwork with skulls and Reuniting as themes? It could go places. Male and female skeletons can be difficult to identify due to commonality.

Hi all,
I am very glad I came across this site. As you can tell from the title, after more than 20 years, I have decided to break up with porn.
Sorry for the super long post, but I have never told this to no one before, and I want to get it off my chest.

Dear all - I am happy to have found this forum, and I am relieved to see that I am not the only one who has this addiction. Here is my brief story: I broke up with my girlfriend, because of her jealousy; yet her jealousy was caused, in fact, by my addiction to porn - without her realizing the true cause.

Hey,
I stumbled on reuniting.info a half hour ago, and I'd been looking for a place to get some advice/support, so here goes, apologies for length (if you want to skip the story, just read the last paragraph for my question):

As I have mentioned in another thread, That I have ceased to use porn or ejaculate since Jun 28, 2010. However, I have masturbated I guess quite often since then without ejaculating.
I have always had problems getting erections since I first tried sex with my girlfriend at 19 and never really had any morning erections ever. I have seen various doctors so here I'm posting my story - which I also posted on another site called medhelp.com
since I posted this story I still haven't looked at porn, strippers or ejaculated.

I am introducing myself as a new member. I am a late 40's male, married 22 years, two kids (both still at home, I was a late bloomer). As I write this, I have just completed reading Peace Between The Sheets, and have discovered that perhaps I have for most of my life been someone for whom undefiled lovemaking would have been a natural instinct, but ignorant that it was something that could have had such profound positive influences on my life. I actually first tried to read PBTS over two years ago, but put it down shortly because it did not feel appropriate for my life or marriage.
