Has anyone tried verbal journaling? I'm guessing that this isn't as therapeutic as written journaling. Sometimes I have great thoughts on tapes playing in my head. I can't stop to write it down. Afterwards, it is gone or hard to retrieve. I'm not sure I want to get in the habit of talking to my myself, but then people walk and talk into a phone so whats the difference. On the other hand, I'm not going to catalog the thoughts to the effort might be futile. Yes, it is useful to stop mind tapes. I can and do that at times. Let's focus on the concept of verbal journaling.

Well, first, I'd like to say that my New year's resolution happened to be that I'd stop masturbating to porn for a month to see any changes. I don't usually choose a certain "time" to make any resolutions but I figured if the earth is starting out fresh, why don't I start with a Big resolution!? Coincidentally, I found this site right after making my resolution and familiarized myself with it and am TRULY GRATEFUL. I'm not gonna just do this for a month, I believe I will do this until I find a girlfriend, not forcing it of course.
