Today I heard a troubling discussion of the phenomenon of Internet pornography addiction amongst youngsters. Anecdotal evidence suggests that this may be widespread. In the public interest I have converted the relevant part of the BBC Radio 4 programme (Broadcasting House) into an mp3 and => made it available to you <=. I hope this won’t upset the BBC!

Have been off line for ages as a result of moving house, so hi again to all aspirers towards integral oneness.
Have messed up big time whilst away, having got to 28 days on my first real attempt for 40 years ( one of the older campaigners). Still a positve in everthing and this has shown how important this web site is- thanks Marnia.
So day one tomorrow, having failed miserably today. Once back on line I though porn rather than reuniting. Confess that i did not want to visit the site because of wanting to taste that self medication a little longer, BUT
