I borrowed some quotes so as to not clutter someone's blog cause my thoughts here are about me.
quote from Harmony :This is all evidenced for example by the fact that my addictive behaviors have tended to be preceded by some thought such as “Nobody loves me anyway,” or “I’m not attractive and nobody wants me,” etc. Such thoughts seem to be the kind of unconscious or pre-reflective excuses I have used to justify my behavior.

I agree that self pushed affirmations end up with even worse mood and disconnection from the world. Maybe it works for a while, then I have got the feeling of waisted my time or feeling guilt not doing it more. There are only few people who understand how depression works and what is the way out, or more precisely how to describe, convert the way out for someone else- these are people who went over it themselves and are difficult to find.

I was going to call it a night. I then thought let me think of something and hit the oracle before bed. Well I have not really used it before now. I just stared at the screen a few minutes with what came up. I visualized approaching someone that I would like to ask out on a date. Let that image repeat in my head while I clicked the oracle. Well I am not sure I believed an online oracle was anymore than a game really. I still guess that is closer to what it really is but. What came up fit so well it is kind of unnerving.
