Today it already felt different.
Yesterday I went to sleep at 22:30 p.m. (or earlier). I just felt so tired, I just couldn't work decently. Today I was already awake at 2:30 a.m. I went downstairs and made myself some breakfast and then I started working on some school projects. I worked very focused for about 5 hours straight with small breaks in between. Then my parents called me to have breakfast. But an hour later I just had to sleep a bit more. Remember that cold feeling when you're sleep deprivated? That was what I was experiencing.

Hey guys
So basically I only had like 5 hours of sleep last night and during the day I definetly felt tired and I taught to myself well tonight I'm going to go to bed early. Around 12 p.m. I start to feel "energized" for some reason and well now it's 4:30 a.m. since I'm writing this... This sucks though
.
Is this normal? Can you expect less sleep when you're consuming less porn?

Greetings. I discovered this site a few months ago. After going over it for a few days I decided to stop masturbating, along with a friend of mine. I started halfway through 13 years old (late from the looks of things). I didnt start doing it everyday until 16 or so, and even then theres been years where I dont feel compelled to masturbate more then every 2 or 3 days. Not the case the last 3 or 4 years, but VERY rarely do I do it more then once a day. I'm not sure why, but maybe its because I have had and do have a handful of other addictions that keep me satieted. Im now 25.

Starting on the fourth day of my first no-orgasm experiment, and on the fifth day of my second experiment, I began to have difficulty sleeping due to obsessive, recurring, and spontaneous sexual visions. I deliberately used all of the preceding adjectives, because the same vision (with minor changes) presented itself (spontaneously) for at least 30 minutes but for up to an hour (obsessive), and resurfaced after intervening dreamless sleep (recurring).
