Lesson 7 from "Love is Letting Go of Fear"
Today I will Judge Nothing that Occurs.

Today, be willing not to make a condemning judgement against anyone you meet, or even think about. See everyone you meet or think about as either extending Love or as being fearful and sending out a call for help, which is a request for Love.

I am not the victim of the world I see

Lesson 6 from "Love is Letting Go of Fear":
"I am not a victim of the world I see"

"What I see without is a reflection of what I have seen within my own mind. I always project onto the world the thoughts, feelings and attitudes that preoccupy me. I can see the world differently by changing my mind about what I want to see."

"Throughout the day, whenever you are tempted to see yourself as victimized, repeat: Only my loving thoughts are real. It is only these I would have in this situation (specify) or with that person (specify)."
I can escape from the world I see... Happy New Year!

Lesson 5 in "Love is Letting Go of Fear".
"I can escape from the world I see by giving up attack thoughts"

"I recognize today that my attack thoughts about others are really directed against myself. When I believe that attacking others brings me something that I want , let me remember that I always attack myself first. I do not wish to hurt myself again today"

"Throughout the day when you are tempted to hurt yourslef through attack thoughts, say with determination:

I want to experience peace of mind right now.

Lesson 3 for today.
"I am never upset for the reason I think."

"Throughout the day, whenever you are tempted to be fearful, remind yourself that you can experience Love instead"
I've been pondering the shark dream I had a couple of nights ago. The shark reminds me of the military: brainless, heartless, and vicious. It also reminds me of the lizard brain. Good thing that I showed it who is boss over my life! Last night my dreams were confusing. Lots of searching for people and people doing strange acrobatics in the mud.

Lesson 2

Lesson 2 from "Love is Letting Go of Fear" by Gerry Jampolsky is:
"Forgiveness is the Key to Happiness."

"Today I choose to let go of all my past perceptions about myself and others. Instead I join with everyone and say: I see you and myself only in the light of true forgiveness."
All that is given is given to myself

Still struggling with my health. A number of key social connections have become rocky. Not an easy time for me.

I've been reading Gerry Jampolsky's "Love is Letting Go of Fear". I decided I'd do the lessons to add to my work on forgiveness.

Today's lesson is "All that I give is given to myself". The last statement is "Today I will give to others only the gifts I want to accept for myself".

Christmas

It's that time again and I'm struggling with it again. It seems odd to me that in theory it's the celebration of Jesus' birth. In practice, it's often a celebration of family and materialism. I really struggle when there's a split between theory and practice. I tend to like the theory and would much rather practice it. Jesus is the most well known messenger of Love in our world. Love is the core of healing and the core of Karezza in my understanding. I'd much rather find a way to celebrate Love at this time than get caught up in family duties.

Here's something I came across that I found intriguing. A couple of articles on computer generated female models for a clothing firm. If you look at the pictures carefully, you'll notice that their body postures are identical.
