I realized this the first time i got a bj from my gf, and it was not pleasurable, in fact, i did not even get hard. It was then i knew something was definitely wrong. 40days no pmo. sick the past few days

Fell sick for the last 2 days. no pmo since 40 days ago. still low libido, penis not hard enough. i am going to try reducing spin classes which i believe have densensitized my penis nerves. also may take some vacation soon and relax allow myself to heal. My goal is no pmo till 180 days. If the sensitivity does not return, I dont know what else to do..

I really found it strange that I seemed to have lost sensitivity in my penis area a few months ago. I started taking spin (bike) classes in the gym for about a year and a half. I used to go once a week, but the last half last year I would go 3 times per week. I've read that sitting on the seat of the bicycle can put strain on the area where the anus meets the penis. Anyone else does these spin classes? I really love doing them but I will stop completely for a month and see if this helps.

day 32 - supplements?

I used to have energy and fruit juice drinks every lunch time. I've now cut that out completely. There is enough sugar in the foods we already eat. I really want to return to exercising on mornings, but it seems i need more sleep i get up late everyday. I have a loss of energy than a year ago. I am taking maca, l-arginine, testosterone boosters, tribulus, zinc tablets, increased protein. I do not have much body fat, but i want to incorporate strength training every day, twice a day if possible, and get enough sleep everyday. I've heard watermelons are good as well in fighting ED.

feeling a bit inclined to watch porn. recently there was no need at all, now im just having the minor urge, but its still very little desire. I have started taking supplements, ginko balboa, magnesium, added more nuts to my diet. i'm a vegetarian. I was sick for a week in december, my strength has returned so i can do more weight lifting, I used to eat potato pie every other day I decided now to replace with more protein rich foods. If i do everything right, my body just has to get back to what it was a few months ago.

Can't get hard anymore. Don't get aroused as easily.

I came across this site after doing some research on the problem that I have been having recently.
I am in my early 30's, physically fit...also a virgin.
