Week 2, day 3
(Jan 18th)

I slept OK, but not as long as I wanted. Woke up maybe one hour early. I ate breakfast quickly and went to the office. Oh, I almost forgot, yesterday, after I wrote the blog, I spent about 30 minutes using the creative visualization affirmations that I have been selecting from Shanti Gwain book. I must say it felt so good to sleep after that.

At the office, things were a bit busy today. There were meetings and discussions, and didn't waste that much time browsing.

Week 2, day 1

Yesterday, I didn't sleep very well. First of all, it took some time to fall asleep, and then I woke up around 5:30 and after that it was several on and offs till 8:00. Anyways, I got up, and spent about 15 minutes listening to the guided creative visualization audibook from Shanti Gwain. The visualization contains a relaxation part to let the energy flowing, and then several positive affirmations.
