Day 76 - First Ever Wet Dream, Is This Normal?

I guess I should not be surprised that I finally ejaculated while sleeping/semi sleeping for the first time in my life. After all, it had been 76 days of no orgasms, and my libido has been stronger ever since I have been more active lately. Even so, I was rather surprised to wake up finding my hand rubbing my crotch while having an orgasm.

Are wet dreams supposed to be enjoyable? Mine was certainly not. It jarred me awake and then I felt mildly sick to my stomach. Lot of noises were gurgling around in my gut, I felt wired yet extremely exhausted, mildly depressed, with a pulsating feeling running through my veins. This happened shortly before 5 in the morning, and the rest of the night I could not fall asleep and just felt bad.

I suspect I feel these negative systems because my body is still recovering from earlier abuse? One good thing is that I do not feel the urge to masturbate even after having this orgasm. But is it normal to still feel so bad after having an orgasm after abstaining from PMO for 76 days? The longest I went before this was a month, and the same thing happened in terms of symptoms. I was hoping I would not have as bad of a reaction, especially since it was not even intentional/no porn or anything like that. Has anyone had any similar experiences? Do I just need to give it a lot more time? Should I start masturbating every now and then to prevent this or should I just let it run its course?

Also, I don't really think I was dreaming per-say, but I instead was rubbing myself while sleeping or something. At least that's what I remember...

Another also: I was wearing tight pants last night because it was cold, and I bet that played a role in stimulation.

I would say continue to hold

I would say continue to hold off from M until your reboot is over. It's definitely normal to feel bad after a wet dream while you're still recovering. I had a lot of wet dreams during my reboot and I definitely felt like they took something out of me until like Day 110 or so. Did you by any chance drink alcohol the night before? I've had similar experiences with the wet dream/racing heart/feeling sick scenario and usually it was caused by alcohol (and caffeine) use the day before.

Great job on getting so far.

Thanks for the feedback! It

Thanks for the feedback! It is interesting that you asked if I had alcohol, because I have had a really messed up gut over the past couple of years, so I have abstained from drinking alcohol. I did however go out on a limb (for me at least, haha) and drink a glass of sparkling cranberry juice, and I bet there was some ingredients in it that I have been trying to avoid (I have been really good at avoiding stuff for the most part), so maybe that is a factor...
