I do have a lot to share about what my wife and I have learned, and what we have yet to learn (especially the "I" of "we."). We have learned from CPA, and we have been reading Richardson's first book together. But, as you all know, learning truly begins as we share this unique and special time together. I gotta admit to having a long way to go in the learning department, and In the days and weeks that follow I will share more with you. You are a good, safe community for sharing of these intimate times together. But today, I want to share how the after-effects of Karezza created a HAZARDOUS situation for the two of us. Hazardous, but very embarassing and extremely laughable at the same time. Again, even though it is embarrassing, I still feel I can share this with you. Here goes:
As a whole, our weekend was good. PW and I are both getting into the concept and value of making love sans orgasms,. Saturday, especially, clicked for us. Even though I. didn't want our time to be over (how does one know when it's over, anyway?!), I nevertheless felt so thankful that I was able to spend that time with her. This is all so new, so different. And SO ENERGIZING. I think the guys can relate to this: I felt like a new man! I felt like Rocky after climbing all those steps in Philadelphia, with his arms pumping in the air in triumph.
And that's exactly what I did. Standing up, I got my shorts and shirts on, and kept saying to PW, "I feel so good!" As I said that, I pumped my arms up tall to stretch, and........
Shards of glass sprayed everywhere. In my exuberance, I had momentarily forgotten that our bedroom ceiling is only about 7 1/2 feet tall and I was standing directly underneath the ceiling light fixture. My left fist hit that fixture and utterly destroyed it, along with one of the light bulbs. PW had her back to me, and had no idea what the racket was all about. After the obvious shock, all I could do was laugh at how stupid I must have looked. LOL
I was also very lucky. One of those dozens of shards could have sliced me up pretty badly. Amazingly, I only experienced two very small cuts on my left hand, as well as a scratch and small cut on my left knee. Boy, was I lucky. Plus, the fixture was one of those very cheap square glass covers that cost just a few bucks. I'll be able to replace it pretty easily. After just standing there for a time, I reached back to the closet, put on a pair of shoes, and went to work picking up the big pieces and vacuuming the rest.
So, when I say that Karezza can be hazardous to your health, I only mean that if you are like me: extremely happy, energetic, full of life, and -- admittedly -- very forgetful and pretty much like a bull in a china shop.
Have a great night everyone.
PS: By the way, PW blessed me with an invitation to make love last night. After a great weekend, this was a bonus.
