So I am currently on day 2 without any P. I decided to M today, but I am feeling an overwhelming guilt. Like I'm not fully relapsing but I am? Trying to just ignore that feeling and push through the negative. It usually takes me around 3 days before the stress fully gets to me and I relapse. So one week is my short term goal. I want to M maybe once a week? If not just to not have to worry about it. But I'm taking things slowly! And experimenting with different techniques!
