Masturbating aggravates hyperhidrosis condition

I know that this may sound absurd, but here's my story.

I've been masturbating for the past 2 years or so (Since 19), with a frequency of 2-3 times a day. At times when I masturbate and I get an incorrect feeling of how my fluid gets ejaculated, I'd have this "dry layer" on my palms which aggravates my existing hyperhidrosis condition. To counter this, I'd masturbate again (Prolly after 2-3 hours) and I'd get back the feeling, causing this "dry layer" on my palms to go away, allowing my sweating level to be regulated to normal levels. However, it came to a point where I couldn't get this feeling back.
It's been about 6 months and I kind of thought that if could be the frequency at which I masturbated. Thus, I actually decided to go without fapping for a week but the feeling didn't come back.

This feeling could somewhat be referred to as my penile insensitivity. I do get hard ons when I watch porn, but I do not get erections when I touch my penis (unlike in the past where it does react to touch). Ever since the occurence of this incident, I noticed that I do not get morning wood like how I used to, a weird feeling in my pelvic region (Not exactly pain, but smth must be going on which drew my attention to it.), unable to think clearly (Mind feels heavy all the time), multiple dreams in my sleep. I've yet to go without masturbating for more than 2 weeks. Any advice?
