Poetry about "Melting" Feeling in Sexual Love

Hey, everyone,

I am sure that many of us here have experienced the "melting" feeling of being in love. I might also describe the experience as the dissolution of personal ego, the disappearance of "I" and the emergence of "we." I am looking for an excerpt of poetry that describes this experience, preferably from a well-known author. It could be from either an eastern or western tradition (anybody a Shakespeare scholar, by chance?). Any suggestions you may have are absolutely welcome. Thanks!

Wow.LLoyd's poem is remarkable

As long as I've been reading and thinking and practicing, I have yet to really dip into Lloyd's work. I think I thought it couldn't be useful, he was so . . . 19th century. Thanks for opening my eyes yet again, Marnia.
