Two rebooting questions

Hello,

Same old story, 56 days into reboot. I have two question about reboot symptoms that I haven't seen directly covered here.

1. Has anyone had extremely dry skin? I've noticed over the reboot that [for the first time in my life] I've had the strong urge moisturize. I used to have oily skin, but now its dry. Particularly my face.

2. Insomnia is a common symptom, but I notice that I can go to sleep fine, but wake up well before I need to (sometime between 4 and 6 am).

Does anyone else have these reboot symptoms?

Thanks infinity, that is

Thanks infinity, that is helpful. Hopefully we'll hear from someone who had these symptoms and came out. Don't enjoy your dry skin too much - I've come to value you my skin's natural moisture.

I have definitely been having

I have definitely been having insomnia, except that my problem is that I don't get to sleep until like 3 or 4 in the morning. And since I have class at night, I end up sleeping until like 10am. This might sound nice but I'm much more of an up-and-at-em kinda guy. I would rather wake up at 7 and not waste half the day sleeping. I'm hoping it levels out soon.

I don't know about the dry skin. I do have it, but I think it's just because it is winter time and the air is so dry.

Thanks Marnia.

Thanks Marnia.

Yeah, sleep troubles are common, but I have seen mostly from the perspective of 'trouble getting to sleep.' I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one getting to sleep OK, but abruptly (and unusually) waking up at 6 am.

I'm getting more curious about this dry skin issue. I am wondering if the guys on this site are having the symptom, but just aren't noticing it. Guys don't tend to be in touch with these things. I realized I had a discomfort, but It took me a while to put two and two together.

We'll see if this post brings out more people.

I used to have very heavy

I used to have very heavy insomnia as well.

I remember sleeping for 4 hours over a 2 day period. That's nothing.

I always tried to go to sleep early, but the next day I always woke up 3 hours laters. Horrifying!
