Making better use of morning erections

What are some ideas for making better use of morning erections? Some sources consider these to be purer erections. I try to remain aware and mentally note variations. I'm wondering what else I might try to make the experience into a active learning process.

Most of those work standing. Usually I'm barely awake such that standing probably won't work too well, but levitating... I can try the Chia stuff, but it seems to be too work to sort of force the energy about. I understand that ultimately the idea is to move energy with the mind alone and it might take some forcing to get used to the flow.
