Hey there,

I'm a 21 year old determined to quit porn after having ED with a girl. (but it works perfectly with PALMela HANDerson.) 4th day in without PMO, going well so far.

So as well as the psychological aspect, I want to know if the physical aspect will improve as well. When a girl performs oral sex on me, I can feel nothing. My penis head has been desensitized with years of hard and 'dry' masturbation, which i only found out recently that you're not supposed to do.

Did anyone start out this way and recovered through abstinence? Someone please say they have! I have also started to moisturize the head in hoping it will help.

Thanks.

Yes it will

I've had the same thing. ED problems. I never liked oral sex. The idea of oral sex didn't do anything for me and I just didn't feel much... it sucked.. literally! I always needed vigorous stimulation in order to reach orgasm. Lots of hard and fast thrusting. And when doing that I would get on this plateau where I wouldn't feel much until I was about to orgasm.. so actually not a lot of sensation.

I can tell you that rebooting makes your penis more sensitive. When I relapsed at day 31 I needed VERY little stimulation to come and the result was the hardest orgasm ever..

According to my own experiences, stuff will improve roughly in the following order:

- Positive mood changes
- Stronger personality (less social anxiety)
- More sensitive penis
- Arousal for real women, no more ED

While all those improvements happen at the same time, the fourth seems to take the longest. Having gone a month showed improvements in the first three but none in the fourth yet. So that will take more days of no PMO. I see this in most reports. It probably is the hardest thing to rewire by the brain. On average a full reboot takes 90 days.

Yes, you are right that masturbation with lubricant is a lot better and will help prevent desensitization. But for now, keep up the no PMO and try to cross off 90 days.. it's a lot I know, but the reward will be so worth it.

Absolutely yes

I am at day 46 and am not rewired entirely. I can tell you, however, the few times recently that I have toyed with relapsing into M, I have noticed that with minimal fantasy and minimal physical stimulation I get an erection within 2-8 seconds. No death grip. Actually no real grip at all. Just light touch. I had the same problem that you had with penile sensitivity when I was hooked on PMO. I haven't had a bj post PMO yet, but I have no doubt that a woman can do a lot better job than my hand at this point. Hang in there dude. This stuff is solid!

Definitely YES! Back when I

Definitely YES! Back when I was masturbating for hours daily, my penis was pretty much worn out most of the time, like rough and calloused... Now it's the most sensitive it's been in my entire life. It's even so sensitive now that subtle things like my pants rubbing on it if I move a certain way will start to turn me on.

Hi. When I first started

Hi. When I first started having sex, I couldn't ejaculate. This lasted for years. I'm positive it was due to excessive masturbation.

When I'm relaxed, sober, & haven't touched myself for a few days cumming is easy. If I'm drunk or have masturbated, it's not happening. I would say that penile sensitivity has been one the biggest differences I've noticed in the days I've managed to stop masturbating.

Ps us sensitivity

I have no problem with libido, have done the abstinence thing, and just want to find another alternative to easuer ejaculation with my wife. My libido us very strong, and erection is not a problem. I'm open to new creams or solutions or anything else.

Sensitivity

Following the advice on this forum is an excellent way to get your penis back in working order. The methods discussed here have worked for many people. There may be some other options you want to consider as well. For example, often penises get desensitized (as you have stated) and it takes some time for the nerve cells to replenish and recover. One thing that might help is to apply a reputable penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that contains acetyl L carnitine, as that ingredient is important in repairing penis nerve cells. Stick with it and good luck!

"dry" is not a problem if you have your whole penis

Only circumcised men have this "dry" problem. Uncut men (natural whole penis) don't need lubrication. They wonder why American guys are reaching for lube or hurting their penis with dry masturbation. It's because of the genital mutilation you experienced, probably as a baby.

I'll bet 10:1 you are circumcised and this is why it is a problem.

Try a good creme

One thing that often helps is to use a superior penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that contains acetyl L carnitine. Often the de-sensitization is from slight nerve damage caused by rough handling (as you know), so this ingredient can be a help in restoring lost sensation. Good luck!
