Exercise, You Should Try it [1]
Today I felt like crap, that's really the best way to describe it. Not really depressed, somewhat anxious, just off. Cravings were really bad and I wanted to give in. I felt blah, I just wanted to lay down and sleep. I stayed occupied on hobbies and whatnot, so I only reserved an hour or so after lunch for laying down.
In any event, around 5PM or so I doused my junk with cold water to kill the cravings and then went jogging. After the jog, my mood was back to normal. I was happy, interested in things, cracking jokes, I felt great. Here I am, almost 4.5 hours later, and I still feel good.
Exercise is amazing. I never knew it could have such a great effect. You should try it!
